Shipping policy

Process time and order tracking

  • Your order will ship within 1 – 3 business days of your purchase date.
  • Once your order has shipped, we will send a confirmation email that includes tracking information.
  • You can also find your tracking number by logging into your account.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours from when you receive your tracking number to update.

 

Shipping methods and rates

When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods which you choose at the checkout:

  • Standard – FedEx Ground – 1 to 5 business days

 

Refunds

After receiving your return, please allow us 2 to 5 business days to inspect the condition of your item and process your store credit return.

We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and holidays.

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

If you need to change the address please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, we cannot make changes to the order.
