Process time and order tracking

Your order will ship within 1 – 3 business days of your purchase date.
Once your order has shipped, we will send a confirmation email that includes tracking information.
You can also find your tracking number by logging into your account.
Please allow up to 24 hours from when you receive your tracking number to update.

Shipping methods and rates

When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods which you choose at the checkout:

Standard – FedEx Ground – 1 to 5 business days

Final sales and returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not offer refunds or store credit.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at inquiries@galeriemaya.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs so we can review the issue and assist you.

This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
